This site aims to provide consumers with explicit information regarding the sometimes obscure limitations and restrictions on the use of internet and telecommunications products and services. This includes cell phones and sevices, internet services, and more.

In addition, where possible, legal workarounds will be provided to circumvent these restrictions and limitations to allow the consumer to get increased functionality out of the devices and services they have purchased.

All of this information is sourced and referenced to various other sites and forum posts throughout the internet in order to provide links to additional background discussions.

While beginning as a Canadian focused site, the hope is that this will broaden to include sections devoted to any country or region for which reliable information can be provided.

This Wiki is pretty sparse at the moment. Feel free to join and contribute or email me if you have any questions.
